Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your East Peak gear. If a piece doesn't fit or perform the way you need it to, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Test runs are welcome: We want you to know how the gear feels in motion. Taking a shirt out for a quick, slow jog to check the fit and feel is completely fine.

Like-new condition: The item must be returned to us clean and free of any visible dirt, trail stains, sweat marks, or odors.

Tags still on: Please leave the original tags attached while you do your fit check. We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or heavily used.

Exchanges & Return Shipping

Free Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns and exchanges. No deductions, no hidden fees.

Exchanges: Need a different size? We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability. If your size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
